These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.alwaleed-ord.com/ (the "Site"), operated by Alwaleed Relief and Human Development Organization, a non-governmental organization registered in the Republic of Iraq under Registration No. 111712041 with the NGO Directorate. By accessing or using the Site in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

Alwaleed Relief and Human Development Organization is a non-profit, non-governmental organization operating in the Republic of Iraq. The Organization dedicates its efforts to humanitarian relief, human development, and community support for affected populations in Iraq. The Site serves as the Organization's official digital presence and provides information about its programs, activities, partnerships, leadership, and donation opportunities.

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. You also represent that your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

You are permitted to use the Site for the following purposes:

• Reading and accessing informational content about the Organization and its programs
• Sharing links to Site pages for personal, educational, or informational purposes
• Making voluntary donations through the Site's donation channel
• Contacting the Organization for legitimate inquiries

The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Automated scraping, crawling, or mass downloading of Site content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or associated systems
• Transmitting malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or interfere with the Site
• Using the Site or its content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from the Organization
• Impersonating the Organization or any of its personnel
• Engaging in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on Site infrastructure
• Violating any applicable Iraqi law, international law, or the rights of third parties in connection with your use of the Site

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, and documents — is the property of Alwaleed Relief and Human Development Organization or is used under license. All rights are reserved. You may share or reproduce Site content for non-commercial educational or informational purposes, provided that you:

• Clearly attribute the content to Alwaleed Relief and Human Development Organization
• Include a link back to the original source on the Site
• Do not alter or misrepresent the content

Donations made through the Site are voluntary contributions to Alwaleed Relief and Human Development Organization in support of its humanitarian and development programs in Iraq.

Donation processing: Donations are processed through a third-party electronic payment gateway. When you click the donate button, you are redirected to the payment provider's page. The financial transaction is subject to the payment provider's terms and conditions and privacy policy. The Organization does not collect or store your payment card details or banking information.

Refund policy: Donations are generally non-refundable. However, in the event of a demonstrable error — such as a duplicate charge or an amount different from what you authorized — you may request a refund by contacting the Organization within fourteen (14) calendar days of the transaction date. The Organization will review your request and, where appropriate, endeavor to process a refund through the original payment channel.

Designation of funds: Unless you explicitly designate your donation for a specific program at the time of giving, undesignated donations will be directed to programs at the Organization's discretion based on operational priorities and field needs.

Tax considerations: The Organization is a registered NGO in the Republic of Iraq. We do not issue tax receipts for donations unless required to do so by applicable Iraqi law. Donors should consult their own tax advisors regarding the deductibility of charitable contributions under the laws of their respective countries.

The Site and all of its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be available at all times or free from errors
• The content of the Site is complete, accurate, or current
• The Site is free from viruses or other harmful components

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alwaleed Relief and Human Development Organization and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities.

The Organization's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount you donated, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including partner organization websites, UN agency websites, and social media platforms. Where such links exist, they are provided for your convenience and for informational purposes only. The Organization does not endorse any third-party sites and does not control their content, privacy practices, or terms, and accepts no responsibility for them. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites' own terms and conditions.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your information is protected.

The Organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site or any part thereof.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will publish the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any updates constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alwaleed Relief and Human Development Organization and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any other party.

The Organization shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, governmental actions, power failures, or internet outages.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by the Organization in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power, or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alwaleed Relief and Human Development Organization with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties relating to the Site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The competent courts of the Republic of Iraq shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

These Terms are published in both Arabic and English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Arabic versions, the Arabic version shall prevail for interpretation purposes, as the Organization is based in the Republic of Iraq and primarily serves Arabic-speaking communities.
