UNDP workshop on displacement and reintegration

At the invitation of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Alwaleed Relief and Human Development Organization participated in the training workshop "Identifying Available Programs and Tools to Overcome the Effects of Displacement on Society and Methods to Address Them in Order to Achieve Reintegration and Counter Its Repercussions." The workshop was held at the Crystal Hotel in Erbil on 22–23 November 2023, with the participation of a number of local organizations, academic figures, dignitaries, and directors of local government departments in the governorate, and in the presence of the Mayor of Fallujah District, Engineer Jumaa Al-Mohammadi.

The workshop discussed the means and tools that contribute to strengthening community cohesion, activating the principle of reintegration for returning families, identifying community problems, and developing appropriate solutions for them.
