Visit to Anbar community police director

The President of Alwaleed Relief and Human Development Organization, Mr. Omar Walid Alhalbousi, visited the Director of Community Police in Anbar Governorate, Brigadier Raed Abdullah Mohammed Al-Rawi, to discuss the role of women within the Community Police Department and its importance in cases of extortion and social violence.

For his part, Brigadier Al-Rawi addressed the significance of this issue, stressing that it must be pursued through proper legal channels and the official approvals issued by the Ministry of Interior. He also commended the initiative of the Mayor of Fallujah, Mr. Faisal Khaled Al-Eifan, who had approached the Governor of Anbar with a request to appoint four women to the Community Police Department on the governorate's payroll, describing it as a step in the right direction.
